(August 8, 2014) - Michael Baker Engineering, Inc., a unit of Michael Baker International (Baker International), has announced the appointment of Richard Walls, P.E., to North Carolina Aviation Services Manager. Walls will be responsible for supporting and expanding the already successful aviation practice in the state of North Carolina. This appointment is a direct result of the rapid growth and expansion of Baker International’s aviation services in this region.

Mr. Walls brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Michael Baker International’s Aviation Group through past appointments as North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Deputy Secretary for all transportation modes other than highways and head of NCDOT Aviation Division.
