Lawrence P. Ciborek, P.E., is a Project Manager – Bridge at Michael Baker International. His experience includes the design of new, replacement or rehabilitated structures ranging from small local bridges to large transportation structures for both highway and rail traffic.

Sean Milroy, P.E., PMP, DBIA is a Project Manager – Transportation at Michael Baker International. His experience includes managing multi-disciplinary transportation projects, including experience with major and/or complex bridges, interstate bridge rehabilitation projects, and local Municipal projects.

Chris Cummings, P.E., DBIA, is a Department Manager – Bridge at Michael Baker International. His experience includes the management, design, and construction administration of projects involving the replacement or rehabilitation of bridges ranging from small local bridges to large interstate structures.
