Niek Veraart, AICP, ASLA, ENV SP, is Senior Vice President and National Practice Lead, Planning for Michael Baker International. He is responsible for engaging across the firm’s client base, including federal, state and local clients, communities and private sector clients. He also collaborates with Planning staff and Regions throughout the Company to deliver integrated and innovative solutions that are sustainable, resilient and inclusive.

Peter (Pedro) Quintanilla is Department Manager - Planning and Urban Design for Michael Baker International. He is the Urban Design Studio Lead for the Pittsburgh office of Michael Baker International and has extensive experience working with communities and cities around the world.
